Reports To: Executive Director IT Operations
Directs the activities of Avel eCare IT Infrastructure, including ensuring that design, implementation, and operation of the Avel eCare network, server/storage, virtual environment, telephony, security systems, database, and video infrastructures at all Avel locations is performed in accordance with standing policy and good engineering practice. Responsible for determining, in concert with the Executive Director IT Operations and Chief Information Officer, the relative priority of network and network application implementation requests and scheduling activities in a manner to most effectively utilize the available resources of the department.
Hours are variable and may involve working after 5pm and work occasionally may be performed under unusual pressure with deadlines or requests.
